The new OnePlus Nord 2T is the successor to last year’s model the OnePlus Nord 2. It has been designed to occupy the same price market segment of its predecessor, which is a technology refresh that allows to keep the product in the competitive market.
With this new evolution of phone, the performance is increased slightly with the help from the MediaTek Dimensity 1300, which has a UFS 3.1 flash storage controller. Options between 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage are available to choose from. The second option of the 12GB/ 256 GB will run you a solid $150+ more than the 8GB/ 256GB option.
The camera’s capabilities are almost the same as the OnePlus Nord 2 camera. With it having a 50MP primary camera Sony IMX766 sensor with OIS and a secondary camera that is ultrawide and has 8MP. The phone also has a 2MP monochrome sensor that is probably for bokeh purposes that assist the primary camera for the device.
This phones design is similar to its counterpart the OnePlus Nord 2. Though this phones camera has been cleverly laid out to make it seem that it is a more powerful camera which is not only good visual communication but also a smart strategy to use too.
The phone display supports a standard 90hz refresh rate which will allow for an easy and comfortable use with apps and watching videos.
One thing that the brand is good at supplying is a battery life that will last for hours and provide fast charging too. The phone has a 4500mah battery that will last for a few days without charging. When you need to charge the device, you know it will be quick with a fast 80W charge from the charging brick which can take a dead phone from 0% to 100% in a short amount of time.
