Windows 10 is the next version of the Microsoft Windows OS to be released on July 29th 2015.

This operating system will combine some of the icon and app features of Windows 8 with the handy start menu and windowed features of Windows 7.

For most existing operating systems Windows 10 will be a free upgrade. If downloaded within one year of release it can be installed on your computer free of charge.

You may have already seen the notification on the bottom right of your screen opting you to per-register for the a future download.

As an operating system Windows 10 looks great, boasts great stability and security and should be elegant and easy to use. As with all new software we recommend to test it, before proceeding to switch every user over to it.

As such, we ask that our clients do not install Windows 10 on their work computers until given the green light by the IT department. We will make sure the new and flashing operating system is bug-free and ready for operational use.

Feel free to experiment with it on your home computers though! If you do, remember the single most important phrase… Back up your data first!
